Who this covers
This notice describes how White Label Labs handles information collected through getwll.com when you create a research account, place an order, or verify a lot. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email, and any institution or role you choose to provide, plus your research-use and age attestations.
- Order details — the items you order and the shipping address you enter at checkout.
- Technical data — standard server and request logs needed to operate and secure the site.
We do not ask for, store, or process card numbers or bank details on this site.
Payment
Payments are handled by our third-party cryptocurrency payment processor. Payment is completed on the processor's own system under its terms and privacy policy; we receive confirmation of payment status, not your financial credentials.
Shipping
Shipping rates and labels are generated through a third-party shipping provider using the address you supply, solely to quote rates and fulfill your order.
How your information is used
- To create and secure your research account and verify eligibility attestations.
- To process, fulfill, and provide support for your orders.
- To publish and retrieve lot documentation you request.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and fulfill orders — our hosting, database, payment, and shipping providers — and only as required to provide those services, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, after which they are removed or anonymized.
Your choices
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose Allow measurement, we also share limited information with Google to measure our advertising. Google may use advertising cookies and receives page information, ad-click identifiers when present, and technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. For an eligible confirmed purchase, our conversion event contains only the order identifier, purchase value and currency, plus the destination identifying our conversion action. We do not include your name, email, shipping address or item details in that event, and do not enable enhanced conversions or personalized ads.
Measurement is off by default. The Google measurement tag is not loaded before you opt in. Choosing Do not allow does not affect shopping or payment. Your choice is saved for the current browser tab; use Advertising measurement settings to change it or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops our future conversion events and tells Google that consent is denied; it does not undo information already sent. Google's handling of information is explained in its Privacy Policy and information for people using partner sites.
To access, correct, or delete your account information, email research@getwll.com from the address on your account. Some records tied to completed orders may be retained where the law requires.
